Take a chana dal dal washed and soaked for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes boil chana dal at pressure cook for 3 or 4 whistle.
Take a pan add clarified butter hot then chop dry fruits saute for few seconds then add boiled chana dal saute for 2 minutes then add milk mix and cook.
After cook then add sugar,saffron milk and powder milk mix well.
Then garnish cardamom powder.
Serve hot or cool.
